Our History
Invictus.AI was originally built within Watar Partners to power its internal investment and advisory operations. It now scales that proven system into a standalone platform for the wider wealth management industry.

Watar Partners is described as one of the largest multi-family offices in the region, with over $5 billion in Assets under Advisory. It was co-founded by Muhammad Humayun Latif, who is also the founder of Desert Capital, another boutique investment firm. Over the past decade, Watar has built a reputation for delivering a full spectrum of wealth and investment management services tailored to Family Offices and High-Net-Worth Individuals. The firm is also credited with developing a sophisticated internal platform to scale operations—an integrated system that later served as the blueprint for Invictus.AI. This platform allowed Watar to streamline key processes such as investment management, client servicing, and reporting. The operational depth and long-standing client relationships it fostered positioned Watar as both a pioneer and a strategic partner in digital transformation across the wealth industry .
